Opa Home Privacy Policy

Opa Home is a landlord and tenant property-management app operated under the Opa Pro brand. The legal entity providing the service is Summit Home Solutions LLC (“we”).

We collect account information (phone number, optional contact email, name), property and tenancy data you enter, messages, repair photos, and usage data needed to operate the service.

Data is used to authenticate you, sync property records, send SMS verification / tenant invites, dispatch repair requests to Opa Pro for real-world maintenance, and provide support. We do not sell personal information.

You may delete your account in-app (Account → Delete account). For other requests email [email protected].
